Bear TrapSpawn a trap at the target location, which arms after 1 second.
When an enemy triggers the trap, they take 50% physical damage and become Rooted.
Targets hit that are Snared become Rooted for 3 seconds, and all Snared stacks on those targets are consumed, increasing the rooted duration by 1 seconds per stack consumed.
