Dimensional BoltLaunch a bolt toward target enemy, dealing 150% arcane damage on hit. Activate again within 5 seconds of hitting the target to teleport your active vessel to its location. Hunter vessels are teleported behind the target.
Triggers a 12 second cooldown after the teleport window is used or expired.
